This antique Chinese old black cabinet is large and heavy. It is from Hebei Province of China. Over time some part of the black paint faded and wood grain could be seen. Gold Paintings of flower all over the frame of the cabinet. On the door panels, there are faded scenery but needed to look ver closely. 

It has 2 removable shelves and a hidden shelf down the bottom which were storing secret items. We called it a secret drawer. It had been restored and relacquered to protet the colour and paintings. 

This antique cabinet is definetely a theme piece in any room and great collectible to pass on.
