Around 120 years old this Elmwood arm chair is used by Judges, scholars and the heads of families now and in Ming times in China.

They are Handmade of Solid Elm wood and refurbished in China using old world Chinese wood joinery techniques and finished in a brown lacquer. These chairs are usually sold in pairs but at times individually. Because these are old no two are the same but all are similar and photos upon request can be provided.

We collected these in northern China and have only a limited supply. Simple Ming feet, ox horn top, with leg stretchers provides a strong sitting chair with great viusal enjoyments. This elegant chair will add an Asian flair to any rooms decor. Use a pair with a table in the middle to create a sitting area.
