Item Name: Decorative Mongolian Painted Carrying Chest

Dimension : 50 (w) x 26 (d) x 58 (h) cm

Circa: 1900s

This special unique carrying chest was a carrrying chest with a drawer and a sliding panel on the top of the chest. There are four Chinese characters on top of the panel saying "SHENG YI XING LONG"meaning "Booming business" showed it was from a commercial business. On either of the side panels were two beautiful paintings of flora and a tiger. On the front there were two charaters "JI XIANG"meaning Auspicious. This is one of a kind chest.
