Asian-Inspired grey lacquered wood basin  from China,  these round wooden basins rest on five criss-cross support legs.   The legs support each other via interlocking struts.   Two  metal bands  surround the basin.

Can be used today as a plant stand, magazine/newspaper bucket, to place bathroom towels in, place a round glass on the top to create a coffee table. Would look lovely next to your fireplace, holding logs for the Christmastime fire.
