The most attractive part is that it is made of lots of hand-cut semi-precious gemstones or shells. Each gemstone or shell had been cut carefully for the shape of each country and been put inlay in different colour for easy recognising the countries.

 

The globe is then mounted onto a sturdy metal stand coated with a shiny brassy finish, complete with an etched inner swiveling ring. Lines run across the globes surface, indicating Location latitude and longitude lines, and the entire sphere is coated with a finish to protect its surface. The finished globe is fixed onto a pivoting ring, and the entire device fitted onto an aluminum stand plated with brass. Place this globe at home or work as work of art.
