Imperial Banquet Room Divider Screen
Item No: SN4-BNQ
Dimensions :
Each Panel is 40cm (W) x 185cm (H)
Total Screen is 160cm (W) x 185cm (H)
This gorgeous traditionally painted screen pays true testament to hand made craftsmanship.
Intricately painted, this hand painted screen can be arranged in any fashion to create a dynamic look, or practical space away from prying eyes.
Standing at 185cm high, this is by no means the small screens regularly found in retail stores and on the internet. It stands easily on its own.
An intricate story is told within the Imperial Banquet screen. Imperial Concubine Yang is the most favorite high-ranked concubine of the Emperor at that moment. The screen shows Yang's charming manner when she got a little bit drunk after the imperial banquet, surrounding by her maids. The famous poem on the left hand side described her status and the scene. This piece could be used in any type of setting that needs a dynamic boost to come to life.
The screen has a reverse side so you can change the look of your setting in minutes! When you compare our piece to others, you will see and FEEL the difference.
